We are looking for a Marketing Engineer to be part of our dynamic team.
Work Setup: 100% Onsite; Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of valves and instrumentation is preferred.
- Related experience in process & control or instrumentation service industry is preferred.
- General Skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive attitude to hit the target and logical way of thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and timely services and support all existing scheduled projects.
- Provide Marketing support on technical specifications & information, data, and drawings.
- Project quotation specification confirmation and technical clarification.
- Valve inspection and work at warehouses and customer sites.
- Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers’ concerns.
- Do an on-site technical assessment and provide engineering solutions.
- Presentation and training to internal and customers.
- Properly understand the needs of customers and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Person in charge to communicate with customers if a claim occurs, and liaise with related divisions to solve the problem.
- Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as the Marketing Team, Warehouse, and Regional head office.
