Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in total including planning sales approach.
  • Industry Experience is not required.
  • Prefer people who have experience in the building construction field to sell construction materials.
  • Proactive attitude to analyze the current situation and change to a better way.
  • Depending on the performance, this position could be the future Manager.
  • Nice to have sales experience in any construction related materials (Project Sales, B2B, or Commercial Sales).

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of valves (Owned well-known brand in the industry)
  • Establish relationships with End Users (Industrial Market) who use valves, gathering market information and expanding sales
  • Establish a relationship with a distributor (Building Construction Market), gathering market information and expanding sales
  • Market survey of new business fields and reporting
  • Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as Sales Team, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, Japan head office
  • Properly understand the needs of customers and follow up on the ongoing project
  • Person in charge of communicating with customers if a claim occurs, and liaising with related divisions to solve the problem
  • From the above job description, initially the job description is limited to the scope of activity of the Representative office. It will be a branch office in the future.
