Responsible For
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead and manage the Cisco sales team to ensure business stability and growth.
  • Develop and execute a Channel Development Plan to drive vendor sales through Tier-2 resellers and ATP partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Cisco vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote complementary vendors within the Cisco practice and align their objectives with the business strategy.
  • Work closely with presales teams to provide optimal Cisco solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Provide coaching and training to reseller sales representatives on Cisco solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align with vendor objectives and drive consistency across the region.
  • Report sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and meet all reporting deadlines.
